Description
This is Module 1 of the Assessment Package. It consists of 8 separate training modules. It is designed for classroom teachers to enhance their understanding on the implementation of constructivist approach in teaching-learning process and to stimulate support from school leaders in making a paradigm shift in their instructional leadership principles and practices to achieve quality education.
Objective
This module aims to help teachers to prepare lessons that will address the individual needs of the students in an effort to increase of their performance and achievement levels.
