Description
This is Module 2 of the Assessment Package. It consists of 8 separate training modules. It is designed for classroom teachers to enhance their understanding on the implementation of constructivist approach in teaching-learning process and to stimulate support from school leaders in making a paradigm shift in their instructional leadership principles and practices to achieve quality education.
Objective
Reflect and discuss effective practices based on participants’ experience in terms of teaching-learning and assessment process.
Reflect and discuss what other areas teachers need to learn more about in terms of teaching- learning and assessment process.
View and discuss demo lessons using the focus questions.
Formulate suggestions and recommendations on how to improve teaching learning and assessment process.
