Description
This is Module 4 of the Assessment Package. It consists of 8 separate training modules. It is designed for classroom teachers to enhance their understanding on the implementation of constructivist approach in teaching-learning process and to stimulate support from school leaders in making a paradigm shift in their instructional leadership principles and practices to achieve quality education.
Objective
Explain the purpose of assessment; the difference between Traditional and Non-Traditional Assessment, cite some examples of NTA and to apply these strategies into a unit of lessons.
