1. Check and analyze the condition of foot nails
2. Ensure the client’s safety and comfort prior to foot spa activity.
3. Prepare necessary tools and supplies/materials according to the OHSC requirement.
4. Apply foot softening products and massage according to the prescribed procedure.
5. Advise client after service on a maintenance program.
6. Confirm with the desired service outcome and to be recorded.
7.Wash feet with warm water and soap before and after scrubbing.
8. Towel dry feet and apply with appropriate lotion.
9. Determine and test appropriate temperature for heat tolerance of the client.
